As a Team Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping your team run smoothly by coordinating schedules, communicating with parents, and supporting coaches throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing team communications
Organizing team events and schedules
Assisting with game-day logistics
Liaising with coaches and association staff
No ringette experience necessary - we’ll provide guidance and support!

If you are new to Ringette but are unsure if you have the skills please speak with either our Coach or Manager Coordinators as they have all the information you will ever need! Leduc Ringette reimburses all fees associated with becoming a certified coach or manager for successful candidates. Prior approval is required.

Junior Coaches
The Ringette Alberta Junior Coach program is available to young players (14 year+) who wish to be involved in coaching a team and starting their leadership experience. The purpose of the Junior Coach role is to provide valuable mentoring and exposure to quality coaching for young athletes.
