REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR ALL LEVELS

2023-2024 REGISTRATION LINK

Welcome to the Leduc Ringette Association Registration for 2023-24

Leduc Ringette uses RAMP, an online registration process, for all registrations. Once the registration is complete, an automatic email will be sent to you and the registrar by the system.

**NO LATE FEES FOR NEW PLAYERS, ACTIVE START, U10, and OPEN PLAYERS.

The registration deadline is June 30, 2023, for returning players, U10-U19. Starting on July 1st, a late fee of $200.00 is automatically added to RAMP registrations. A “Returning Player” is anyone who has registered and played with Leduc Ringette in the past 3 years. Registration prior to this deadline is required to ensure that we can adequately plan and secure team resources (adequate ice for the number of teams, team staff, etc.) at all levels based on registration numbers. Even if you are uncertain if your child will play next season, please register to ensure that space is available and avoid the late penalty. Please let the registrar know as well if you are unsure.

If you will be trying out for AA ringette and reside in LRA boundaries, you must register with Leduc Ringette, following the above policies. Please notify the registrar in both associations in writing prior to tryouts.

PAYMENTS: Credit Card payments in RAMP are the only accepted payments this year. Two separate charges will occur. One to the LRA for the association fees and one to Ringette Alberta (RAB) for $70 the insurance cost.

U10 and up will have the option to pay in full or to make 4 installments. For those paying by installments, your first installment will be at the time of registration with the second installment on August 15, the third installment on September 15th and the final installment on October 15th.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

If you, or anyone you know, requires financial aid for their child to participate in the Leduc Ringette Association program, please be aware that there are programs available to remove the obstacles to kids participating in sports. Some of the programs available are:

  1. Canadian Tire Jumpstart - Sometimes, families need financial assistance to get their kids into a sport or physical activity. We're committed to helping all families access a range of activities, from boxing to bowling and skating to skiing, and more. Apply online https://jumpstart.canadiantire.ca/pages/individual-child-grants.
  2. Kidsport - Feel free to contact or download a Kidsport application form from the following website at https://kidsportcanada.ca/alberta/leduc-and-county/.  Not all kids have the opportunity to be involved in sports. For those who dream of playing goalie, scoring goals, taking one for the team, and making new friends, it's all possible through KidSport.  For a happier, healthier lifestyle for Alberta kids, KidSport makes a difference.  With the help of sponsors, volunteers, and dedicated directors and staff, more and more kids are getting the chance to play sports. If possible, please apply to Kidsport before registration so your child's registration is not delayed. This information is kept strictly confidential.

LEVEL ADJUSTMENT FEES

There will be no increase in the fee for players that are moved up to the next level by the association.  If a player requests to move up and the Association approves the request, then fees will apply.  Please submit a Player Movement Request Form if you would like your child to be considered to move up (or down) a level of play. If you are looking to move a player, please fill out the Player Movement Form.
